Lack of customer service!

I like the idea of the mount, but I couldn't use it the way I wanted. The GPS mount was missing. I wanted to move the GPS from one car to another. If you move it back and forth on the ball, it will wear down the ring. Then it was very painful for me to come back, so now I have plastic parts that I can't use.
