Bigyonger: A Website That Never Comes Through

As a professional stylist, I was eager to peruse Bigyonger, a website that promotes a plethora of on-trend apparel, footwear, and accessories for modern women. My interactions with this website were largely negative. To begin with, the quality and variety of apparel was disappointing. Also, the sizing was all over the place, with some items being extremely small while others were excessively big. The shoe collection was small and dull, with no unique designs to speak of. Moreover, the jewelry that was for sale on the website appeared to be of poor quality and would quickly tarnish or shatter. Even though the quality of the goods was low, the rates were excessive. Bigyonger appears to care less about their customers' satisfaction than they do about turning a fast profit. Customer support was subpar as navigating the site and completing the purchase were both frustrating experiences. It took weeks for my order to come, and when it did, there were missing items, so I had to return and exchange them. In general, if you're searching for high-quality clothing, I wouldn't suggest Bigyonger. The site's false advertising, mediocre offerings, and unhelpful staff add up to an unpleasant purchasing experience. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.
