Received two sets of these strings and was initially impressed with the solid build quality of the lines. I was dying to see what the bulbs looked like, so I randomly picked one out of 30 and found that the inner stem was broken along with the filaments. A little upset by this discovery, I decided to proceed with installing one of the kits on the patio back cover. After plugging it in, my frustration quickly dissipated and I was very pleased with how well these bulbs filled the patio with such inviting light. I noticed that one lightbulb was quite weak and went out completely after a few minutes. After a quick message to Brightech customer service I received a quick response that they would send two replacement units and expect them in about 1-2 weeks. Much to my surprise, I received two perfect onions in just 2 days! After installing the second set I can honestly say they were worth every penny, especially given the great/quick customer service I received. TL; DR: Great Build Quality / Appearance + Great Customer Service = Highly Recommended!
