So my boyfriend bought me a black pair and I liked them so much I bought 2 more pairs. I usually wear the large ones but I found the black ones to be too stretchy so I bought the medium ones and they fit perfectly too. I've done lunges and squats and loaded 4 trucks in and no problems with that. The lighter ones are slightly see-through, easy to fasten, no panties and you'll be fine. I'm sticking with what I know I wouldn't buy these from other sellers now as I see they fit, are true to size and are durable. If you have a small butt, be prepared that the guys will admire your booty in it. Also, they can cover the entire tummy when you pull them up and won't roll down. I'm 180 and 5ft 7in both medium and tall, both fit. Although my build is athletic, in some places I'm not taller, just the same proportions. Hope that helps!
