Used this power supply for some hams. It worked well and seems to power my radio steadily. I have no idea about HF interference as I've just done some VHF/UHF stuff that isn't that prone. The case is well built, I've never heard the fan turn on even after significant power draw, it's all purposeful in design but well built. Just be careful with the protruding power connectors - it's not particularly safe, although you'll have to force them to touch due to the plastic separators. I wrapped the tape on top after wiring it up to make it a bit more secure. There is no power switch. I just pulled the power cord out of the wall. Note that no cords are included (no wall cord, nothing) so you can plug it into an outlet and then whatever connections you want. I bought an all-in-one power cord from my home store to plug into the wall and a bunch of different short jumper wires to the connectors I needed. Despite the extra wiring and limitations, it worked well and was a little cheaper than a 1-inch ham radio power supply.
