My arches have been killing me since I started hiking with 5 mics a few times a week. I've always had flat feet and plantar fasciitis, but it's gotten a lot worse in the past few weeks. A friend recommended these. I bought one first. I was putting it down after practice on Friday afternoon when it arrived. I only took it off to sleep and to church. When I woke up on Monday I found that the leg I was using it on hurt noticeably less than the other leg. Love the pain level 2 vs 6. Buying a second one today!
