This is a miracle to me! Very comfortable, I just remove the included insole and add one with cushion and heel for extra support and it becomes the most perfect shoe I've ever had. I have plantar fasciitis, flat feet and foot/knee/back pain. I live in tennis shoes and walk on my feet a lot. I wear them for walking, running, running errands and keep a pair just for home. I bought 5 pairs last year - 3 black, light grey/yellow and dark grey/blue/peach. love them all I have stock and never want to be without these shoes again! Very hard-wearing and cleans well - the look and hold don't deteriorate for a long time. I love the height increase too! I keep an eye on prices and take more when it's profitable. Normally I wear 5 regular, but here I take 5.5 regular. So I would say start half a size up. The regular (not wide) toe box and overall fit is roomy enough for me. The fabric is breathable so your feet never get hot in them. They are fashionable, stylish and comfortable all day long!
