My daughter is 4ft 9 inches tall and weighs just under 70 pounds.
She is 9 but we are 12 in length and adjusted the straps to fit. Dress!Very happy with the purchase!

- This outfit was so cute and fit perfectly, not too skinny...? we are happy with that

- The tulle layers can be too thin resulting in a flimsy look.
