Although this product is exactly as advertised, the packaging almost drove me crazy. First, a 20-pack is wrapped in plastic. I can support this effort. I can even appreciate the fact that when removing the outer plastic the set of 20 had 3 rubber bands around it to prevent the hanger from getting tangled in the plastic. But on the other hand, this nearly drove me insane: As soon as I managed to remove the rubber bands, I found that there were now five bundles with four hangers each. Each mini bundle was wrapped with two pieces of duct tape holding four hangers together. I had to cut and peel off the tape 10 times for each pack of 20. I bought 5 packages. *insert sad face here* So the moral of the story is, if you're having a bad day or in a mood where you don't have patience, wait a day before you buy this item. Otherwise it hangs my clothes perfectly.
