Disappointing/about women

I thought this bag was so cute! But the quality of the strap was so disappointing that it broke after two uses :( and I just walked around with it... I'm very disappointed because I'm not from the US and I'm going home for a few days and I will have to go with a broken strap… very disappointing i have to say as its not a cheap price UPDATE: 08/08/2021 the seller was kind enough to sort out my problem i appreciate it they sent me a new one to my home .
