I would really like to give this product 5 stars because it is the best product I could find for the money. My wife and I are picky when it comes to shower curtain holders. Every shower curtain hook I've used falls off when you open and close the curtain, which is ridiculous. Who wants to re-hang the hooks every time you shower? Roller ball hinges look very cheap to me and like they belong in a hotel room. That's the option we came up with. It has a nice clean look and is very simple. Not much can go wrong there. And he won't fall. My biggest disappointment with this product is the installation. Our curtain rod hangs at a height of about 7 1/2 feet and the curtain will inevitably need to be washed. Removing the curtain ring by ring and putting on a clean one is literally a "headache". I know there are easier ways to put on and take off a curtain, especially when it's hanging high. However, I would only deduct 1 star for the installation. The rings still work well and are in good condition and have a nice minimalistic look.
