The service provider is extremely friendly & knowledgeable - great support staff! I didn't know this existed until recently but it's been exactly what we needed as an online business. Very impressed!! No problems found for now. We have several customers from different countries that rely on us every day. This makes communications much easier by way of emails. I really like the features of this system. It is very easy to set up and use. The support team is great as well. They are always willing to help you with any issues that you may have. There isn't anything I dislike about it. If you need a virtual mailbox for your business or small organization, this should be at the top of your list. I am using it for our company to send out emails. We don't have an actual physical office space right now but we are able to manage all of our emails from this system.
