Product arrived on time as always. Opening the box took longer than assembling the juicer. The instructions were very clear and it helps that there were pictures for those looking. I washed all the pieces according to the instructions and was so happy to use my juices the same day. I made carrot, tangerine, pineapple and spinach juice. I cut the carrots and pineapple into quarter lengths to fit the chute and set them on hard mode. I soften it with spinach and tangerines. The container for the juice itself and for the pulp is quite big (but I didn't measure it). Cleaning was pretty easy as it comes with a brush! I look forward to using this product to make great juices!
