I've wanted to try these instruments for years but never did because I was good with my fingers. I really wish I had bought them years ago because they are so useful. I cook more and the spices seem to linger on my skin longer than usual, even though I wash my hands much more often. I finally got tired of wasting my daily contact lenses and potentially hurting my eye and bought these despite the bad reviews. Could the tweezers be a little firmer plastic to make it easier to grip contact lenses the first time? Yes, but I was able to find a better way to use it very quickly. The tip of the contact applicator is made of soft silicone and quickly releases the contact. I didn't feel it at all. All in all, it's worth the price and you get a lot on offer. It is easy to disinfect and reuse. I strongly recommend trying it and not listening to these negative reviews.
