I like their ability to keep up with changes in our industry, so they are always providing new features as we need them! They do offer excellent customer service when there's an issue or question - it helps if your problem can be explained clearly and concisely (not just written off). Some of us have more technical issues than others; this seems to happen frequently with other software companies too. We're able solving problems related to data transfer from one system to another without sending paper forms back-and-forth through mail/fax machines. It has helped our company keep all the information in one place, so we can easily access it from anywhere and always know where to find what we need. I like how easy it is to set up new accounts and send out emails through this program. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for an email to go through, which makes us lose work time. We have been able to organize everything in one place and save time by not having to look at multiple files or emails.
