Currently have a 29 inch waist, trying to get back to my pre-weight gain 27. I bought the small as my waist size was at the top of the size range and I wanted it to be tight. Shipping was quick and I put it on immediately.For the price it is very good quality, I had no problems with the hooks ( I'm on the middle) and the zipper was easy to pull up.It is long (covers my lower abs to the pubic area and does not roll up), and tight, and with the band it snatches my waist in. Right now I can only get the ends to just meet, so I have lots of room to tighten as my waist gets smaller.I highly recommend and would buy again
