This chair is a piece of junk
I work from home and have had this chair for a month now. Back stitching is of poor quality/cheap looking; after a month of use, the pillows are deformed; and the chair needs to be adjusted in height several times a day due to a faulty air mechanism. I'm not a small person; but at the price of 200# i don't really exert myself on the chair either. I'm sending it back today - something with Revain and products of this nature (expensive, large, missing items without box) I always regret. I had a chair I bought at Costco for $200 for 7 years; I ordered from Revain because of COVID and wish I never had. This chair is a piece of junk.
