Not as good as hoped
The problem is that the curvature of the pillow combined with the type of padding means the pillow can easily slip out from under your chin. If you're hoping it will keep your giant T-Rex head from tipping forward onto your chest on a plane, the answer is yes, but only if you can shove it really firmly under your chin and somehow pin it there you fall asleep. Otherwise, it will want to slip out from under your chin and stop around your mouth instead.
