Review on Scott 75143 Blue Shop Towels πŸ”΅ - 3 Rolls, 55 Towels/Roll, 165 Towels Total by John Bosch

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Durable, absorbent, reusable depending on what you use it for

I bought these to dry the 'inside' of a washing machine door, that heavy rubber valve that circles around his face, right outside the door. Three sheets folded in half are the perfect size and absorbency to get the job done quickly and thoroughly once I'm done washing. I also pull out the detergent/fabric softener/bleach compartment, rinse under hot water and hang on the edge of the tub to air dry, then dry the hole in the washing machine where the compartment fits. Then I open the towel and hang it up to dry. You can make many months use for each trio. If this seems like overkill, it only takes about a minute and a half, and it's worth it. When I first got this front loader, the manual only said that the refresh tablet should go through a cleaning cycle every month. I already knew the door should be left open between washes, but after a few days there is still water under that valve. To make matters worse, even with Refresh the grime from the fabric softener that accumulated in the nooks and crannies of the dispenser and tray, not to mention mold growth, was disgusting and it took me about 45 minutes with the sanitizer and toothbrush again like New. It was three years ago. With a rinse and dry time of 90 seconds after washing, I haven't had to clean a tray or drawer since. You are always original. It's like washing and drying tiles in the shower after a shower: one minute of rubbing eliminates weekly cleaning.

Pros
  • Ideal for oil changes, fluid refills and general vehicle maintenance
Cons
  • Crumpled wrapper
