The cutter will not cut through two layers of normal cotton fabric.
This circle cutter only cuts one layer of fabric, most designs require cutting two layers at a time. How hard should one squeeze the knife, I applied normal pressure, frustrated I went back to my scissors. It's too late to bring her back now.
