WOW! First about me: two herniated discs at the age of 24 and very active. I train 5 days a week and run 6 days a week. Thank you Joe Rogan for always talking about it and promoting it without getting paid by Pso-Rite which gave me the confidence to try it. I have had two herniated discs in my lower back for about 3 years. which has been causing me serious problems ever since. I have avoided surgery at all costs and have tried just about anything to reduce the pain associated with relieving tension in the sciatic nerve. My bedroom is like a physical therapy room. what a joke), read several books on how to live with a herniated disc (since it never heals 100%) and was really knowledgeable on how to roll a ball properly using a lacrosse ball, styrofoam roller, PVC pipe, Inversion table use, electrotherapy. etc. to either relieve the pain or give me enough mobility to easily go to school and work without sweating from the pain and discomfort. The one thing all doctors, physical therapists and books have never mentioned is the psoas. I looked up what that muscle was and was amazed that after the hundreds of doctor/physical visits I've had, no one ever mentioned it. After reading a bit about it, I immediately ordered it. On a typical day when I wake up my pain is usually 6-8/10 and I always have to do my routine with my inversion table, lacrosse balls etc to get my day started. When I first applied this to my psoas it felt like the most relief I have ever felt. It was weird because I never knew anything about the muscles, never realized how tight and painful they were, but after a few minutes of using it directly on the psoas, my pain was completely gone. Not only is the pain gone, but my sitting and walking posture is much better because I now have more mobility in that muscle than I've ever had in all 4 years of my powerlifting career, so I know I can have a connection with the muscles of the brain. to a muscle I never knew about that helps me when I'm sitting for long periods or just walking. On top of that, this device has all the places that a lacrosse ball or styrofoam roller can never reach. It's best for thighs, hamstrings, calves, upper back, lower back and pretty much everywhere I've tried it I've been impressed with it as I've tried other things that don't work as well due to the wrong design or size . . This is clearly a very long review and obviously everyone is different and may not experience the same benefits as me, but what I know for sure is that if you don't get any benefit or relief from using it, you simply don't do it. To the right. I showed it to all my friends and let them use it when they were at my house and none of them had any injuries and they were amazed at how much pressure it took or how well it felt during and after using Pso-Rite felt. 100% value for money and you won't regret it. Injured or not, this will change your game. This is my new favorite pre and post workout activity to help prevent injury and aid recovery.
