I've used it quite a bit over the past few weeks and it works great. Cables, case and connectors are of good quality and fit well, the power delivery is top notch. The blue indicator light could have been a little bigger or more prominent but other than that it's a great device that compares to other high quality brands I've used. If you're having trouble connecting and disconnecting, it's mostly a quirk of Windows, assuming your socket is in good shape. So look there first, and if you're using it for an SSD, try connecting the power supply, although this isn't usually necessary. And if the front ports are still finicky, the rear ports, mounted directly on the motherboard, always work well, although the cable on this device is a bit short for this.
