Cute shoes, order a size smaller, sent in bad shape.
Never had a pair of Demonias before so I was really excited, but I'm gonna be returning these. I ordered a size smaller than what I usually wear, and they fit me well but these don't look brand new. There are deep cuts/scrapes and scuff marks on the platforms of both shoes, and hard bumpy glue residue on one. On the other shoe, one of the buckles is unusable - the part that locks in is too short, so I can't tighten or loosen it. Bummed because I think they're adorable, but I don't want take the risk by ordering another pair.Edit: Just realized I in fact did not order a size down. Upon checking my order again I saw that I had ordered a size ten, and was sent a nine. I mean, I'm glad it ended up fitting I guess, but honestly I don't understand what happened to quality control in my order. Took a star off to show this.
