Best Pharmacy Concealer

As someone who has ONLY worn high quality concealer in the past, I was really surprised at how well it works. The coloring is perfect, the coverage is good, cheap and looks very good on the skin. I wouldn't say it "moisturizes," but it does. Nice light hydration that doesn't make the eye area look saggy but if you have dry skin you definitely need to use a good moisturizer. I don't know the ingredients but I think it has a decent amount of glycerin because if you let it dry it's a little gooey until you harden it, which I like. It actually dries to a satin matte finish without instant pilling. I have oily skin and can apply this with as little powder as I like. The other concealers I've used called for a decent amount of powder, leaving the eye area looking saggy and aged. After work, my eye area will have LITTLE wrinkles, but with a light powder, that's very reasonable. I'm the type of guy who has naturally had wrinkles/deep lines under my eyes since I was a kid and the wrinkles are very minimal compared to others I've used. Allow it to dry a little under the eyes, it can give more complete coverage. Even with very dark circles under the eyes, color correction is still necessary.
