It's nice for flat irons
I wanted a flat iron that didn't pull on my hair. This pulls terribly! I use it because I needed it immediately. Someday I'll get another one. The controls are fine. Includes clips, comb and glove. Curls well after straightening my hair. However, don't recommend it if you want smooth straightening!
