I have used many hair turbans over the years. Some I liked, some not so much. I ordered it for my daughter who goes to college and we both like it a lot more than other brands. I think it's a combination of fabric (super soft, textured) and size. Some turbans can't handle all of my curly hair, but this design is longer and really wraps around and doesn't slide down. Did I mention how quickly it absorbs water? Yes. Super fast! It dries quickly after use. Just hang it up and it will be dry, very soft and fluffy. I actually fell asleep wearing it and woke up with beautiful curls. Highly recommended.
