This adjustable stand is my second purchase of an Omoton stand. I love the first one and decided to buy this height adjustable one for use in my workshop and kitchen. ADVANTAGES: * Holds my Kindle or my phone * Height adjustable * Non-slip feet, holders and hooks where you attach the device. The kickstand on the back where you put your device and the hooks hold your device really well. and in the workshop if I follow the project's instructions! CONS: * My 8-inch Kindle Fire leaned back in portrait mode when I tried to touch the screen to scroll. Some angle adjustment helped somewhat, but still tilted when pressing the screen. However, it was quite stable in the horizontal position. In general, I would say that it is not for large tablets. I would try another Omoton stand model for her. * The height adjustment is a bit difficult at the first time. Use strong constant pressure. It is not recommended to pull the stand mount. Other reviews indicate that after a while the adjustment gets a little easier. Hoarfrost I want the entire underside of the base to be covered in a non-slip material, like the other Omoton stand I have, with non-slip material covering the entire underside of the base, with some serious sticking power that prevents it from slipping tip over. Overall I would recommend this stand. for mobile phones and Kindle devices. Height adjustable is a big plus. And a base for attaching the device to the hooks of the stand. Would have given 5 stars if the base had a full sticky pad which I think could solve the rollover issue in portrait mode. However, I am happy with this purchase as it works great for my needs!
