High notes? Refund or replacement please?
When I first received it, it worked great. I haven't used it for a while because I was busy and I tried to use it again but it was dead so I plugged it in and tried turning it on but it didn't work. It sounds like it's buggy and it keeps saying the battery is low and it shuts down no matter what I do. I thought this product would be great as there were good reviews but I may have been wrong. Can I get a refund or a replacement?
