The best thing about this product is that it has all the features you need to run your business. I like how easy it is to use and get started with. It also has so many different options for customization. I would say the biggest issue I have with this software is that sometimes when the internet connection is slow, it can be difficult to get the program to load. Sometimes I have to wait up to 15 minutes just to try loading the program. Also, sometimes there will be times where the program will freeze and not respond at all. The program makes it easier to manage my business. There is no other way to do it without using digital signs. The main benefit is that we can now see our customers from any location around the country. It makes it easier to keep track of them and make sure they're doing their job properly.
