Not too difficult to install
Took a little electrical research but installed smoothly. No connectors for drop cables were included in the kit, so you will need to purchase these or similar separately. Overall a worthwhile purchase that allowed me to get rid of the two remote controls attached to the visor. It looks clean and OEM.
