Works great! My brother used it on my niece and I and we had no problems. Before you do this, be sure to rinse your nose with alcohol, inside and out, to make sure it's clean. Wait for it to dry and then do it quickly so you don't end up with a half inside half outside piercing. Once you do that, the little white part will release the nose ring and you're done. Be sure to wash with mild soap and water at least twice a day and it should heal well. If you're underage, ask your parents! Ours have healed well, it's been about 4 months since we did this. I am allergic to fake gold and silver but this nose ring gave me no problems. I'm happy with that.
