I bought this massager because of my restless legs after knee surgery. It works well at high intensity levels (medium and low levels aren't very strong). I tried using it all night for the first few nights and turning it on whenever my legs were waking me up, but I found it a little uncomfortable because of the clumps of little motors in the pillow. I like the length of the pillow and it relaxes my legs. I like the ability to set the desired range for the vibration. It can also be used for my lounge chair, but it is not suitable for an office chair. Overall, this is a good product for relaxation, but not for late-night use.
