It's easy to use, it has great customer support (which is hard for me as I'm in Australia), you can set up multiple time clocks with different times per day which makes payroll reporting easier than using one central clock that all employees have access too - plus if your office uses an internet connection then there are no issues of installing software or hardware! Nothing really but its not like other companies where i've used them before who don't even provide any help at all when things go wrong so thats good :).
