The user interface is very easy-to-use, quick feedback of your contact information as well as the ability to add notes or even attach documents are great features that help me stay organized during each pitch session! I dislike having limited access only for certain IP addresses (e.g., office). Additionally, there was no mobile app available at this time - which would have been ideal given my frequent travel schedule. However, overall it's an excellent product if you work within international markets where companies may be located overseas. Tracking potential leads/opportunities throughout different countries has always proven difficult without one tool. This allows us to see who we're meeting face to face so far versus those whom we've not met yet but will meet through our website content.
