The tool works well but the key fob it attaches to literally fell apart when I tried to attach it to my key fob. It is so fragile that every loop of the chain has come loose. I ended up bending a loop to attach to my keychain but it didn't hold. As for the tool itself, the pieces don't stick together well, so don't rely on strings to hold them together. Keeping it in an emergency drawer is probably the right thing to do. That's fine for a one-time fix, but if you want to carry something around, look elsewhere.
