Obtained from a local office supply company. The box was slightly damaged when the device arrived, but the device was fine. When I unpacked the device, I noticed that it came with a CD/credit card slot. Unpacking was not possible due to the amount of tape on the unit - it broke. Haven't even used it yet. I was a little disappointed - he says it's totally - NOT TRUE, this device is very noisy. Disappointed that he needs bags. I wasn't aware of that when ordering, otherwise I would have gotten another device that she doesn't need. I'm not sure I'll keep it to myself - I haven't decided yet.
