Battery is good for seasonal decoration
First of all, it looks good up close. Other than that, it's crap. At night it just looks like a cluster of lights from an average distance. You can't tell if there's anything in front of the lights, they just look like faint lights. Second, the battery lasts about four days, the light works about six hours at night, maybe eight hours on the first night. At this speed (3 AAA batteries each) I would estimate that running two of these batteries for the entire holiday season would cost around $150. I bought other window lights (candles) that ran 6 hours a day for a month on a single AA battery. TLDR: Your energy use is bad and you should feel bad.
