Review on Risk HR by Edgardo Ennis

I really like how they go back and check for previous offenses for employees who are newly hired to find if there was anything else that needed addressing or being reported. It is easy enough to navigate but requires some learning from both the customer service side and my end as well as someone to help out during setup. Overall it seems pretty good. Nothing so far that has been a bad experience with them yet which is always nice. So far their services have been great! Risk hr uses other online forms to store personal information allowing me more access then having all my documentation only at one central place (even though its still useful). I like that you can access it anywhere! And have control over your employees safety without having someone there everyday. It is too simple for us at this point because we do not use many features but overall its safe software, good product so far. The user interface should be more complex than what they currently offer with their current products (risk assessments). We are looking into other risks/health hazards programs as well as drug screening options.
