The description implies that the corset can run, jump and do strength exercises. Once the orthosis was on my foot, I couldn't put my shoes on. The bandage is suitable if you want to wear it while sitting or walking around the house. I tried fitting the orthosis into a bulky athletic shoe, but it didn't fit. Warning! This item is non-refundable for any reason, it was not declared at the time of purchase, you will not know until you attempt to return it. I noticed other reviews mentioning this as well. Photos are taken before I pumped air in and it still doesn't fit in my shoes, very bulky, has a ribbed side brace that snags on the side of the shoe.
