I have only installed 6 of the 12 supplied but every LED element in these 6 lamps is working. They can be 3-4 times brighter than the T10 bulbs my van came with. It will be a little awkward when the door is so well lit. The color is cooler than incandescent bulbs, so the 3000K quoted is probably close to accurate. They still feel warm, but more like bright halogens (often 3200K). I don't see any of the green or magenta tints/fringes that some people talk about in other "warm" LEDs. Will definitely come back here and update this if any of them burn out within two years.
