All in all I had a lot of time to burn out on vacation so I ordered this little module. Frugal, but he created the right guarantees about what he can do and how much it costs. The reviews are excellent. Some horror though. A risk taken. I have countless batteries in different hardware. I use battery care products to keep them charged and ideally desulphated. I bought it because it was almost as cheap as non-rechargeable desulfators. I have several batteries that aren't used during the cold season and I need an approach to keep them acceptable. I bought two of these and am glad I did. As I turned them between several batteries, I saw that older batteries took longer to desulphate than fresher ones. This convinced me that something was going on in the batteries, which could explain why they weren't getting the expected lifespan. I agree this will be the solution to my battery problems. The truth will eventually come out. The device worked efficiently and kept up with my batteries when fully charged. I don't have any data on the expected lifespan of the charger yet, but so far all are working fine. I also recommend AXTRA's car charging service. I use one on a car battery from time to time, sometimes when I usually go to work on cruise ships and the car is left sitting for quite a long time.
