Ordered this chair about 5 months ago. I was impressed with the quick delivery, packaging and ease of assembly. It was really comfortable too. I ordered this chair on purpose because it is taller than most. With desks designed for 6-foot desks, it can be difficult to create an ergonomic workspace if you don't want to or can't set up a desk. This chair was fantastic until last week. It now sinks about an inch when I sit down and more during the day. For the record, I'm 5'5" and only 120 pounds, so it's not about breaking the chair's weight limit. I am disappointed and frustrated. My last chair lasted over 7 years before I had any problems. wasn't the most expensive chair, but at over $120, it should last for years. Not just months. I haven't rated this seller's support yet as I'm still trying to contact them. At the moment their site is just expiring. I'll try to call tomorrow and give an update if I get a helpful answer. Regardless, I'm disappointed.
