Ordered this chair about 5 months ago. I was impressed with the quick delivery, packaging and ease of assembly. It was really comfortable too. Update: We've had the chair for over 2 weeks now; We fixed the issues and we both love this chair. This is very convenient, even if you sit at the computer for a long time. It rolls effortlessly on hard-surfaced floors and the rear end flexes slightly for added comfort. We're certainly glad we bought it and that we've given so much to Revain.
