I was very happy with it at first, but became useless after the first day or two. He holds my phone for a minute, but then all tension relaxes and he dangles completely. I fiddled with it for a few more days, just trying to tilt it back as far and up as possible so I could still see my screen, only to bring it down with every bump in the road. I expected better. I would have sent it back but I threw away all the packaging so I'm sticking with it for now. I have an iPhone 8 plus with an urban armor case, for those who care. EDIT: I got a replacement and it works as it should. I would definitely recommend this product and I want to say how grateful I am for their outstanding commitment to customer service.
