This little Item Does Work

This neck and shoulder relaxer truly helps you relax your neck and shoulder, I have been having tightness and pain on my neck and shoulder blades but I immediately after lying on this for 5 minutes. Now you need to do this consistently. I found myself using this when the pain is becoming worse but I should do this every day so that pain doesn't come back and I guess that is will be the challenge for most people.
