Cup holder arrived broken

One arrived broken. It's such a hassle to send things back so it will probably stick unless the seller reads and is kind and sends a replacement for it. They're crammed so tightly into the little box that I think they're so broken. They are beautiful but as others have said not as bright as advertised.
