Review on Gingher 01 005272 Inc by April Anson

The hinge is quite strong and easy to open and close even with a drop of oil. No lighter pair of scissors open as easily as scissors but this set was extremely tough, I was only able to make a few cuts in the fleece sheet (one) and the scissors injured my thumb. I have an 8 inch blade gingerbread scissors and they are awesome but not like these sharpening scissors. I would highly recommend scissors but not these grinding scissors. I switched to 8 inch Fiskars soft grip scissors and got much better results. These scissors also had some film on them after being pre-wiped, probably because the oil was applied before they were boxed.
