This is a great discount on a genuine PUR H2O filter. I come with a filter cartridge and it's very easy to install. It will not be installed if the faucet aerator (outlet end) is not screwed on (screwed on). You will also need to remove the existing aerator and install a new fitting that the filter attaches to. The only downside to this particular example of the very popular H2O filter is its matte color which is intended for commercial use and not home kitchen use. Except for the color, it is identical to the other versions of this filter. I have been using this type of filter in 3 homes since 2002. The case lasted a year or two before leaking or splashing. But I didn't have to change the filters more than once every 2 months, no matter what the gauges on the unit say.
