The screw holes are too deep and narrow to accurately mark where to pre-drill screw holes. The screws are cheap, soft metal that will strip or, like 5 out of 6 of mine, break if going into wood. Basically the same quality screws you get with cheap mini-blinds. It would have been so simple to include a template to mark screw holes. If you are not mounting this to drywall using the enclosed wall anchors, throw the screws in the garbage. After substituting better screws (drywall screws fit), I got it mounted. It works fine for holding brooms, mops etc. She's happy so that's what's important.
