Okay you guys, so I was in the market for a new backpack because my little boy had a rough time at the playground and threw up all over my old backpack and I just couldn’t deal after that. I came across this one and I was on the fence about it like "is this TOO extra?” But ultimately decided "it’s just the right amount of extra” and bought it.GIRL. It did not disappoint! Full disclosure, that 90s vibe holographic experience that drew you to this gem really only happens with camera flashes or some random high beam coming your way, but in the sunlight it’s just a pretty pearlescent color. With indoor lighting, it’s still a 90s vibe but it’s more like moody, Daria-&-Jane-ish if that makes sense. Just check out the pictures haha.Now, I got the drawstring version of the backpack and I was concerned when I ordered it because I hate drawstrings that don’t have the little thingie that keeps the strings in place and there wasn’t any info in the product description about it, but luckily it ended up having the thingie (I included a picture because I feel bad about not knowing the word for it lol)This version of the backpack does not have the loose straps like another reviewer was complaining about. I guess they got the zipper backpack? I included a picture that shows how seamless the straps are. It’s actually really cool. I’m used to jansport styles so this is a nice change.It holds quite a bit! In one of the photos you’ll see I have my diaper changing pad clutch thing, a snack bag, the wallet that comes with this purchase, my 32oz water bottle, my iPad mini, and my giant planner. There is also a nice sized zipper space (big enough to fit like an iPhone 11 Pro Max), and a couple of open pockets for sunglasses or whatever.The wallet it comes with is cute! Lots of card slots and a zippered coin area. It does have that silly "hot one” label that another user was talking about, but mine is on the zipper handle and not the wallet itself.The order also came with a cute sequined half mermaid keychain. The sequins are green or blue depending on which way they’re swiped. It’s fun to play with. Makes a great fidget toy lolAny way, I hope that helped. Sis, just buy it.
